Jack or Jill –of-all-trades
Kitchen Wizards help prepare and serve nutritious meals to our participants and volunteers. As part of the Kitchen Staff, you’ll ensure everyone is well-fed and ready for the day’s adventures, from breakfast to dinner. Experience in the kitchen and a Safe Food Handling course are assets, but not requirements. Recipes and instructions are provided!
As a First Aider, you’ll provide immediate care for any injuries or illnesses, ensuring all campers and staff feel safe and cared for throughout their time at camp. First aiders at camp must have at a minimum their Standard First Aid and CPR training.
Program Leaders will use the Alberta Wildlife Federation program curriculum to guide participants through a memorable outdoor experience in various topics. Program leaders are encouraged to share their passion for outdoor activities, stories, and past experiences with the participants.
The Registration Coordinator manages camper check-ins, ensures all paperwork is in order, and helps with the arrival and departure of participants from camp. They will also help with the set up and clean-up of different activities during the events.
If you have skills related to the outdoors and are happy to help in any or all areas, please consider volunteering! You would be a floater in our camp, ensuring that everything is running smoothly by maintaining equipment, helping with set up/take down of activities, or jumping into a session to share your own tips & tricks!
